I designed this welcome journey to map out how new customers are introduced to the brand through email. The goal was to balance clear incentives with a playful, engaging tone, making the onboarding feel rewarding while driving early engagement.

The journey showcases:

• Strong entry offers – 30 free spins, free bingo tickets, and early deposit bonuses to spark sign-ups.

• Clear CTAs – “Play Now” and “Deposit Now” buttons are placed front and centre to guide customers through each step.

• Progressive flow – starting with free rewards, then nudging towards deposits and bigger promotions, ensuring customers stay engaged.
